A multinational AI company is hiring an AI Ethics Officer to ensure responsible development, deployment, and governance of AI systems across global projects.

What You’ll Do
• Develop and implement AI ethics policies and guidelines
• Conduct risk assessments and evaluate AI systems for ethical compliance
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and legal teams
• Educate teams on ethical AI practices and regulatory requirements
• Monitor global AI regulations and industry standards

What We’re Looking For
• 3–7+ years experience in AI ethics, compliance, or technology governance
• Strong understanding of AI technologies, ethical frameworks, and regulatory requirements
• Excellent communication, analytical, and policy development skills
• Experience advising international teams or projects is a plus
