The Role

We are looking for a motivated Systems & Product Development Executive to join our team and contribute to developing business software, HR solutions and AI-powered automation tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and customise applications using Python.

• Assist in developing and maintaining Odoo ERP modules.

• Support the development of HR software and business applications.

• Build AI-powered tools, agents and automated workflows.

• Integrate applications with websites and third-party APIs.

• Work with databases and support application testing.

• Maintain websites, client portals and dashboards.

• Provide technical support and user training.

Required Skills

• 1–3 years of Python or software development experience.

• Good understanding of Python programming.

• Basic knowledge of databases and SQL.

• Familiarity with APIs, HTML, CSS and JavaScript.

• Knowledge of Git and software development practices.

• Interest in Odoo ERP and AI automation.

• Good problem-solving and communication skills.

Additional Advantage

• Odoo ERP development experience.

• PostgreSQL, Linux and Docker.

• Exposure to Generative AI, AI agents or workflow automation.

• Experience with Django or FastAPI.
