Architect

Description:

We are looking for a talented and experienced Architect to join our team in Qatar.
Qualifications & Experience:
· Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Architecture
· 10+ years of relevant experience
· Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion (or similar)
· Strong knowledge of building materials, construction methods, and local regulations
· Excellent design, communication, and project management skills
· Experience in residential, commercial, or mixed-use projects
· Knowledge of sustainable design practices is a plus
· Strong visualization and presentation abilities

Key Responsibilities:
· Develop architectural designs, concepts, and detailed drawings
· Prepare presentations, 2D/3D models, and technical documentation
· Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams
· Ensure compliance with building codes and project specifications
· Conduct site visits and oversee project execution
· Manage timelines, budgets, and deliverables
