Architect Engineer

Description:

Key Responsibilities:
· Review & coordinate architectural, shop drawings, and material submittals.
· Supervise all on-site architectural works to ensure compliance with specs.
· Coordinate effectively with consultants, subcontractors, and other engineering disciplines (Structural, MEP).
· Resolve site issues, RFIs, and design-related matters promptly.

Qualifications & Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field.
· 8-12 years of experience in building projects, preferably with a main contractor.
· Strong knowledge of local regulations and construction standards.
· Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
