Architect-site Engineer

One2One Fitout is seeking a skilled and experienced Architect-Site Engineer to join our dynamic team in Doha.
Responsibilities:
• Supervise and manage on-site activities for high-end interior fit-out projects.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, site teams, and suppliers to ensure timely execution.
• Ensure strict quality control, safety compliance, and adherence to project specifications.
• Monitor progress, prepare detailed reports, and resolve site-related issues promptly.
• Support project managers to ensure successful project handovers.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering.
• 3-6 years of proven experience in fit-out projects (offices, retail, hospitality, or commercial spaces).
• Strong knowledge of all fit-out works: partitions, ceilings, flooring, MEP coordination, finishes, joinery, etc.
• Skilled in producing detailed architectural drawings, documentation, and visual presentations.
• Excellent communication and on-site supervision abilities.
