Architect - Site Supervision

Description:

Key Responsibilities:
· Supervise daily site activities for compliance with approved drawings, specs, and timelines.
· Conduct site inspections and prepare detailed progress reports.
· Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and consultants to resolve technical issues.
· Verify and approve materials, finishes, and workmanship against project standards.
· Monitor and enforce health, safety, and environmental (HSE) compliance on site.
· Manage design modifications and provide solutions to site-related challenges.
· Review shop drawings, method statements, and material submittals.
· Attend site meetings and report on progress, risks, and delays.
· Ensure all work aligns with local building codes and regulations.
· Maintain comprehensive project documentation and records.

Qualifications & Requirements:
· Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or a related field.
· Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and architectural detailing.
· Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, MS Office, and related software.
· Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
· Meticulous attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.
