Almana Group is looking for an experienced Aftersales Manager to lead and drive the performance of our automotive aftersales operations.
We’re looking for someone with strong dealership experience across Service, Parts & Workshop operations, with a proven track record in:
• Driving profitability, productivity & operational performance
• Delivering excellent customer experience & CSI results
• Maintaining manufacturer/dealer standards
• Leading and developing high-performing aftersales teams
Requirements:
• 15+ years of automotive experience
• At least 5 years in a managerial role
• Strong automotive dealership / aftersales background
