Aviation Operations Coordinator

Description:

We are looking for an experienced Aviation Operations Coordinator to support airport operations, flight coordination, and ground service activities within a fast-paced aviation environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate daily airport and flight operations activities
• Monitor schedules, operational performance, and compliance standards
• Liaise with airlines, ground staff, and operational departments
• Prepare operational reports and incident documentation
• Ensure compliance with aviation safety and operational procedures
• Support passenger and cargo operations coordination

Requirements:
• 2–5+ years of aviation or airport operations experience
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Familiarity with aviation systems and procedures preferred
• Ability to work in shift-based operational environments
• Kuwait or Qatar aviation experience preferred
