🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and supervise the barista team during daily operations
• Ensure consistency and excellence in coffee preparation and presentation
• Train, mentor, and develop barista staff
• Maintain coffee quality standards and workflow efficiency
• Manage inventory, ordering, and stock control
• Uphold cleanliness, hygiene, and service standards

🔹 Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Cost Controller Barista | Brand Barista | Lead Barista in a specialty coffee setting
• Strong knowledge of coffee brewing methods and equipment
• Leadership and team management skills
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Currently residing in Qatar
