Description:
We are looking for an experienced BizTalk Support Engineer with strong expertise in managing and supporting BizTalk Integration applications within an operational environment. The ideal candidate should have solid experience in migration, troubleshooting, and performance monitoring of BizTalk systems.
Key Responsibilities:
• 8+ years of overall experience.
• Hands-on experience supporting BizTalk Integration applications in an operations environment.
• Proven experience in migrating BizTalk from On-Premises to Azure Cloud.
• Proficient in monitoring BizTalk Integration Services, managing alerts, and performing housekeeping tasks.
• Collaborate with various Application Teams to resolve incidents effectively.
• Prioritize, research, diagnose, and troubleshoot issues ensuring no SLA breaches.
• Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for timely issue resolution.
• Participate in customer status and discussion calls as required.
