Description:

Key Responsibilities:*
✔️ Conduct risk assessments & identify site hazards
✔️ Implement & enforce HSE policies and procedures
✔️ Perform regular site inspections & internal HSE audits
✔️ Investigate accidents, near misses & environmental incidents
✔️ Deliver HSE inductions & safety training
✔️ Ensure compliance with Qatari laws & international standards (OSHA / ISO)
✔️ Maintain HSE documentation & analyze HSE performance data

*Requirements:*
🔹 Bachelor's Degree in HSE, Engineering or related field
🔹 *Valid NEBOSH IGC / IOSH Certification - Mandatory*
🔹 Minimum 5+ years experience in Facility Management / Projects
🔹 Strong knowledge of Qatari Labor Law & HSE standards (OSHA / ISO )
🔹 Proven experience in risk management, accident investigation & auditing
🔹 Excellent communication & leadership skills
🔹 Local candidates with transferable QID/NOC preferred
