Bms Operator

Description:

We are looking for experienced BMS Operators with hands-on expertise in Building Management Systems and Fire Alarm Systems to join our client’s team in Doha.

🔹 Requirements
✔ Diploma / Technical Certificate in Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics, Instrumentation or Building Automation
✔ 3–5 years of BMS operation experience in commercial/industrial buildings
✔ Fire Alarm System & BMS experience is mandatory
✔ Good understanding of HVAC, electrical, plumbing and life safety systems
✔ Basic knowledge of networking and system integration will be an advantage

🔹 Key Responsibilities
📌 Monitor and operate BMS to ensure smooth building operations
📌 Monitor HVAC, lighting, power, plumbing, elevators and other building systems
📌 Respond to Fire Alarm System events as per safety procedures
📌 Identify faults, alarms and alerts and take immediate action
📌 Maintain system logs, reports and daily activity records
📌 Support energy efficiency and overall building performance
