Building Management System Operator

Description:

This is a full-time on-site role located in Doha, Qatar for a Building Management System Operator / Technician. The Building Management System Operator / Technician will be responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining building management systems, as well as troubleshooting system issues and performing repairs. The Building Management System Operator / Technician will also work closely with other facilities staff and maintain accurate records of all work performed.

Qualifications

• Experience in Building Management Systems (BMS), HVAC systems, and controls
• Degree or Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or relevant certification
• Hand on experience in all type of brands
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Word & Excel) and other relevant software
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics
• Valid driver's license is a plus.
• Experience in project and maintenance is a plus
