Business Analyst / Qa Consultant

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst / QA Consultant with strong expertise in Finastra EQUATION Core Banking System to join our growing team.

🔹 Key Requirements:
• 5+ years of continuous experience in Finastra EQUATION Core Banking System
• Strong experience in Core Banking support & implementation
• Experience in BRS review, functional specifications, and test case preparation
• Knowledge of defect lifecycle management & regression testing
• Understanding of system integrations with Core Banking systems
• Strong background in Core Banking and loan administration systems
• Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills

🔹 Responsibilities:
• Analyze and map business processes
• Prepare functional specifications and testing documentation
• Coordinate with developers, system analysts, and stakeholders
• Track business requirement changes and testing activities
• Support system enhancements and implementations
• Ensure data protection and confidentiality standards
