Quality Assurance

Description:

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant work experience, including at least 5 years in major projects.

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬 & 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
• Lead the Project Quality Management System and manage QA Engineers and Quality Coordinators.
• Review and approve the EPCC Contractor’s Project Quality Plan, monitor implementation, report non-conformities and ensure corrective actions.
• Develop, review and maintain the Project Information Manual (PIM) and internal QA procedures.
• Ensure compliance with contractual, regulatory, company and project quality requirements.
• Oversee quality surveillance across design deliverables, material requisitions, subcontractor selection, inspection planning, equipment/material fabrication, construction and commissioning.
• Verify compliance with Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), method statements, specifications and testing protocols.
• Review and monitor the EPCC Contractor’s Quality Gates Process.
• Develop and implement quality audit plans covering internal teams, EPCC contractors and subcontractors.
• Conduct scheduled and unscheduled audits, prepare audit documentation, maintain the Audit Report Register and ensure timely closure of findings.
• Review project procedures for alignment with the EPCC Contract and PIM.
• Identify, assess and monitor quality risks, and contribute to the Project Risk Register.
• Monitor project schedules and construction progress, identifying deviations from the EPCC Contract schedule.
• Prepare inputs for monthly progress reports, Steering Committee updates and Board presentations.
• Manage QA-related project changes and support project close-out in accordance with the PIM.
• Capture lessons learned and drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with integrated management systems covering Quality, Environment, Occupational Health & Safety, Responsible Care, Energy Management and IFA Product Stewardship.
• Promote HSEQ compliance and participate in safety walks, incident reporting and investigations.
