🎓 Minimum High School Education (Higher education is an advantage)
💼 Minimum 2 years of experience in a call center as a Call Centre Agent, preferably in the healthcare industry
💻 Knowledge of spreadsheets and word processing applications
🗣 Excellent communication and customer service skills
⚡ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
🌍 Arabic speaker is a plus
