📌 Key Requirements:
✅ 15+ years of professional experience leading cross-functional content teams
✅ Strong experience managing bilingual content (Arabic & English)
✅ Expertise in high-volume editorial workflows and stakeholder management
✅ Strong leadership, planning, coordination, and problem-solving skills
✅ Deep understanding of government content priorities and digital platforms
✅ Strong knowledge of government communication strategies and digital engagement
💼 Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Lead and manage content resources, stream leads, editors, publishers, and social media specialists
🔹 Drive content planning, scheduling, and on-time delivery
🔹 Act as the key liaison between client teams and external stakeholders
🔹 Conduct final content reviews and quality approvals
🔹 Create and manage Arabic & English content
🔹 Define KPIs and monitor performance metrics
🔹 Ensure adherence to editorial, accessibility, and quality standards
🔹 Mentor team members and support training initiatives
🔹 Prepare regular progress and performance reports
