Description:
We are seeking an experienced Catering Operations Manager to lead
and oversee catering operations across hospitality events and services,
ensuring excellence in service delivery, compliance, and operational
performance.
🔹 Role Overview
Responsible for managing end-to-end catering operations, including
event planning, team leadership, budgeting, client coordination, and
compliance with food safety and hospitality standards.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
• Manage catering operations for events and functions
• Lead, train, and supervise catering and service teams
• Plan menus in coordination with culinary teams
• Manage staffing, rosters, and workforce planning
• Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards
(HACCP & ISO 22000)
• Oversee budgets, costs, and financial targets
• Maintain operational records and reporting
• Liaise with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders
• Ensure high standards of customer satisfaction
🔹 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management or related field
• 5–8+ years’ experience in catering/hospitality operations
(5-star or equivalent)
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Knowledge of HACCP & ISO 22000 standards
• Strong financial and operational acumen
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
