Description:
Responsibilities:
1.The candidate must have good knowledge of spoken and written English
2.Manage the CEO’s calendar, schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and record minutes.
3.Coordinate weekly meetings with departments and projects and follow up on action points.
4.Prepare daily updates and weekly reports for the CEO.
5.Follow up with Project Managers on project reports and issue resolution.
6.Arrange travel plans including tickets, hotels, and related logistics.
7.Draft official correspondence, emails, and reports on behalf of the CEO.
Maintain confidential files, documents, and records.
8.Act as a point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
9.Track relevant tenders, business events, and industry updates.
10.Assist in organizing company meetings, official events, and executive visits.
11.Manage office supplies and ensure the CEO office is organized and ready
