 Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute enterprise-wide commercial strategies aligned with corporate objectives.
• Lead Commercial, Sales, Business Development, Bid Management, and Contract Management functions.
• Drive revenue growth, profitability, and market expansion across GCC and international markets.
• Build strategic partnerships with key clients, government entities, and major stakeholders.
• Oversee commercial negotiations, high-value contracts, tenders, and strategic agreements.
• Develop pricing strategies, commercial governance frameworks, and revenue optimization initiatives.
• Monitor commercial KPIs, financial performance, and executive reporting dashboards.
• Collaborate with the CEO and executive leadership team to achieve long-term business objectives.
• Identify new market opportunities, mergers, acquisitions, and strategic investment opportunities.
• Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing commercial leadership teams across the organization.

✅ Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, Economics, or a related discipline.
• MBA or Master's Degree is highly preferred.
• 15+ years of progressive commercial leadership experience with at least 8 years in a senior executive role.
• Proven experience managing large-scale commercial operations within Construction, Infrastructure, Energy, Real Estate, or Technology sectors.
• Strong expertise in contract management, business development, strategic planning, and commercial governance.
• Exceptional leadership, negotiation, stakeholder management, and executive decision-making skills.
