Key Responsibilities

- Define the Group's project-controls strategy and governance framework.
- Oversee cost control, planning, scheduling, risk, and project forecasting.
- Establish enterprise standards for project performance and reporting.
- Lead integrated project-controls teams across major capital programs.
- Develop early-warning systems for cost, schedule, and delivery risks.
- Implement advanced project analytics and digital controls platforms.
- Partner with project directors, finance, procurement, and engineering leadership.
- Advise the CEO and Board on portfolio performance, capital exposure, and delivery risks.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Finance, or related discipline.
- 20+ years of project-controls experience across major infrastructure programs.
- Proven executive leadership managing complex capital-project portfolios.
- Strong Qatar/GCC mega-project exposure.
- Demonstrated success controlling large-scale projects with significant capital investment.
