KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Define and execute the enterprise-wide risk management strategy.
• Oversee credit, market, liquidity, operational, and enterprise risks.
• Strengthen risk governance, controls, policies, and risk appetite frameworks.
• Ensure alignment with regulatory requirements and international standards.
• Lead enterprise stress testing, scenario analysis, and emerging-risk assessment.
• Advise the CEO, Board, and executive committees on material risk exposures.
• Strengthen risk culture, resilience, and business continuity across the organization.
• Lead and develop a high-performing risk leadership function.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Risk Management, Business, or related field.
• MBA, CFA, FRM, or equivalent advanced qualification preferred.
• 18+ years of progressive risk-management experience within banking or financial services.
• Proven experience leading enterprise risk at senior executive level.
• Strong knowledge of GCC regulatory and financial markets environments.
• International banking or multinational experience preferred.
