Key Requirements:
✔ Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
✔ Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience
✔ UPDA/MMUP certification is preferred
✔ Facilities Management (FM) experience is an advantage
✔ Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period are preferred
