Clinical Integration Solutions Manager

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and support Cerner integrations (PowerChart, PharmNet, SurgiNet, Lab, Radiology, Devices)
• Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot interfaces using Cerner FSI, Open Engine, Discern Rules, Rhapsody, HL7, FHIR, and DICOM
• Coordinate vendor projects, UAT activities, and ensure timelines and deliverables are met
• Work closely with clinical teams (Nursing, Pharmacy, Lab, Radiology), IT teams, and vendors
• Establish 24x7 operational support and maintenance best practices
• Ensure governance, compliance, and change management documentation
• Perform root cause analysis and resolve interface failures

Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Biomedical Engineering, or related field
• 3–5+ years of experience in Cerner integration or HIS/clinical systems integration
• Hands-on experience with Rhapsody Integration Engine (or similar)
• Proficiency in HL7 v2, FHIR, XML/JSON, REST APIs, DICOM, and IHE profiles
• Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills
• Team management experience (integration engineers, support engineers)

Preferred:
• Experience with SAP–Cerner integration
• Medical device integration experience
• Certifications: HL7, FHIR, ITIL, PMP, or Cerner certifications
• Hospital or healthcare domain experience
