Cnc Milling Machine Operator

Description:

 Requirements:
Diploma in Mechanical / Production / Engineering.
Minimum 3 years of experience operating CNC milling machines, specifically HMC 4-axis and/or 5-axis.
Experience with Fanuc and Siemens controls.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
Good knowledge of tool offsets, work offsets, cutting tools, feeds and speeds.
Ability to perform dimensional inspections using verniers, micrometers, bore gauges and height gauges.
Understanding of machining tolerances and basic GD&T.
Experience machining carbon steel, alloy steel, stainless steel, aluminum and bronze.
Good English communication skills.
⚙️ Key Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor HMC 4-axis and 5-axis CNC milling machines.
Load/unload materials and set up fixtures and tooling.
Perform in-process inspections to ensure product quality.
Adjust tool offsets and replace worn tools when required.
Maintain production and inspection records.
Follow safety procedures and production targets.
