Collaboration Engineer

Description:

ALM Data Systems is looking for an experienced Collaboration Engineer to join our ICT team in Qatar.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, implement, and support Cisco Collaboration solutions (CUCM, Cisco Unity Connection, IM & Presence).
- Configure Cisco IP Phones, Voice Gateways (ISR/CUBE), SIP Trunks, and PSTN integrations.
- Integrate Cisco UC with Microsoft Teams, Webex, Contact Center, and telephony platforms.
- Deploy and support Eleveo and Imagicle Call Recording solutions.
- Troubleshoot voice quality, SIP signaling, call setup, and collaboration issues.
- Provide L2/L3 support for enterprise collaboration environments.

- Cisco Contact Center (UCCX/UCCE) experience is an advantage.
