Description:

We are currently seeking a motivated Commis I for a luxury hospitality property in Doha.

🔑 Key Responsibilities:
Assist in food preparation and cooking under senior chefs
Prepare mise en place and daily kitchen requirements
Follow recipes, portion control, and presentation standards
Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and HACCP standards
Support kitchen operations and minimize food waste
Ensure proper storage and FIFO system adherence

📌 Requirements:
Minimum 2 years as a Commis l in a luxury hospitality sector
Certificate or Diploma in Culinary Arts or related field
Basic knowledge of cooking methods and kitchen equipment
Understanding of food safety and HACCP standards
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong teamwork and willingness to learn
