Job Summary:
We are hiring a Contracts Engineer for a major Oil & Gas project in Qatar. This role involves managing contract development, negotiation, risk assessment, and compliance to ensure smooth project execution.

Key Responsibilities:
Draft, review, and negotiate contracts for procurement, services, and construction.
Mitigate risks, ensure compliance with regulations, and support project teams.
Administer contracts, manage claims, and resolve disputes effectively.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's in Engineering, Law, or related field; certifications (CPCM, PMP, MRICS) preferred.
12+ years’ experience in contract management within the Oil & Gas sector.
Strong negotiation, risk management, and project lifecycle expertise.
