 Contracts Engineer
📍 Location: Qatar | 🧠 Experience: 8–12 years
Key Responsibilities:
Draft, review, and manage complex contractual agreements
Deep understanding of contract law, risk mitigation, liquidated damages
Handle change/variation orders, CAs, NDAs
Experience with EPIC vs EPCM contracts
Knowledge of bank guarantees and BATNA principles
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Quantity Surveying
Proven experience as a Contracts Engineer in Oil & Gas
Strong analytical, legal, and negotiation skills
