Description:
𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
• Develop conceptual designs and detailed engineering solutions for Instrumentation and Control Systems
• Prepare specifications for DCS, PLC, SCADA, SIS and Data Acquisition Systems
• Develop system architecture, control narratives, functional logic diagrams, cause-and-effect diagrams and interlocks
• Prepare panel layouts, loop drawings, wiring diagrams, cable schedules and interface drawings
• Perform technical bid evaluations and prepare purchase requisitions, MTOs and BOQs
• Coordinate with project teams, contractors, consultants and vendors
• Participate in HAZOP, LOPA, risk assessments, FAT and SAT
• Ensure engineering activities comply with project specifications, budgets, schedules and applicable standards
𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
✅ Full-time Bachelor’s Degree in Instrumentation and Control Engineering
✅ Minimum 10 years of engineering experience in an engineering consultancy or operating plant within the Petrochemical, Oil & Gas or Fertilizer industry
✅ At least 7 years of design experience in Petrochemical, Oil & Gas or Fertilizer projects
✅ Strong hands-on experience in DCS, PLC and SCADA programming
✅ Experience in PLC/DCS/SCADA system FAT and SAT
✅ Strong knowledge of SIS, SIL calculations and relevant IEC standards
✅ TÜV certification in SIL assessment and calculations
✅ Experience with industrial communication protocols, system architecture and networking
✅ Knowledge of fibre-optic communication and networking
✅ Familiarity with NFPA, ISA and IEC codes and standards
✅ Experience in technical bid evaluation and vendor coordination
✅ Exposure to project management and team leadership
✅ Excellent English communication and time-management skills
