Creative Digital Designer

Description:

The Creative Digital Designer will be responsible for creating engaging and visually appealing designs to support the company's branding, marketing, and communication needs. This role requires creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to translate ideas into impactful visual materials that align with the company's image and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and produce marketing materials including brochures, flyers, social media posts, banners, menus, and internal communication materials.

Develop creative concepts and visual assets for digital campaigns, website content, and advertisements.

Ensure brand consistency across all design outputs and marketing platforms.

Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to develop content that meets campaign goals.

Edit and enhance photos, videos, and other visual content when required.

Prepare and finalize artwork for printing and digital publishing.

Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

Requirements & Qualifications:

Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom, Canva

Familiarity with Al Design tools (e.g. Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, Canva Magic Studio)

Skilled in content creation, photography, videography and post-production editing.

Experienced in managing social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn etc)

Conduct Strong understanding of composition, colour grading, and brand aesthetics.

Ability to create and schedule posts, captions and layouts consistently.

Knowledge of social media analytics and ability to optimize content performance.

Excellent time management and attention to detail.

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.

3-5 years of experience in creative digital designing.
