Credit Controller

Are you a finance professional with strong experience in project receivables, billing control, and collections within the construction or EPC sector? This is your opportunity to step into a high-impact role working closely with senior leadership and driving project cash flow performance.

💼 What You’ll Be Doing

- Manage end-to-end receivables across multiple projects
- Drive collections, billing cycles, and cash flow optimisation
- Work closely with Project Directors, Commercial Teams & Client Finance Teams.
- Monitor certifications, variation claims, retention recovery & disputes
- Prepare executive dashboards, forecasts & board-level presentations
- Identify revenue leakage risks & improve working capital performance

Key Impact Areas:
- Reduce DSO & overdue receivables
- Improve collection forecast accuracy
- Strengthen billing discipline & contract compliance
- Provide strategic insights to senior leadership (CFO / Directors)

Who We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s in Finance / Accounting / Commerce
- Professional qualification preferred (CA / ACCA / CPA / CMA)
- 5–10 years experience in Construction / EPC / Infrastructure

Strong knowledge of:
- Project billing & milestone invoicing
- Retention & variation claims
- Contractual cash flow cycles
- Advanced skills in Excel, reporting & presentations
- Confident in stakeholder management & negotiations
