Customer Relations Representative

We’re looking for a Customer Relations Representative to join our team in Doha. The ideal candidate is a bilingual communicator who can deliver exceptional support and handle customer inquiries across phone, email, and chat channels.

Requirements:
✔️ Native Arabic speaker and fluent in English (bilingual)
✔️Immediate availability to join
✔️Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar customer service role
✔️Minimum High school diploma (bachelor’s degree is a plus)
✔️Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic & English
✔️Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
✔️Strong organizational and time management abilities
✔️Multilingual abilities are an advantage
