Key Requirements:
• 8+ years of relevant experience in Information Security Compliance / GRC
• Hands-on experience implementing and maintaining compliance with ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR and other regulatory frameworks
• Strong experience in developing and maintaining security policies, procedures and compliance documentation
• Experience conducting internal audits and supporting external audits and certification processes
• Proficiency in risk assessments, compliance gap analysis and governance reporting
• Experience conducting security awareness and compliance training programs
• Ability to monitor and ensure organizational adherence to security and regulatory requirements
• Strong documentation skills for compliance reports, audit findings and corrective action plans
• Preferred certifications: CISA, CISM, ISO 27001 Lead Implementer / Lead Auditor
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field
