We’re seeking a highly skilled Control Room Systems/Data Center Engineer – Level 2 to plan, design, implement, and optimize mission-critical network systems supporting Qatar’s Roads O&M operations.
What You’ll Do
Oversee the full network lifecycle – Planning, Design, Implementation, Operation & Optimization (PDIOO).
Lead and manage Regional Network Control Room operations and network enhancements.
Collaborate with system integrators and stakeholders to drive innovative infrastructure solutions.
Perform network upgrades, migrations, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis for complex issues.
Mentor junior engineers and support escalated technical challenges.
What We’re Looking For
3–5 years of experience in a similar role.
CCIE Data Center certification (mandatory) and CCNA (Routing & Switching).
Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science / Electronics & Communication.
Expertise in Cisco UCS, VMware vSphere, EMC SAN/NAS, and Cybersecurity environments.
Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
