Data Support Officer

Description:

In this role, you'll be the key link between the technical experts and end-users, ensuring the asset master data in IBM Maximo is accurate, complete, and reliable. Your work will directly impact operational performance and support critical decision-making.

🔧 What you'll do:
Maintain and govern asset & maintenance data
Collaborate closely with vessel teams and engineers
Drive data quality improvement initiatives
Support reporting, dashboards, and performance analysis

🎯 What we're looking for:
5+ years’ experience in a technical/data-driven environment
Strong knowledge of IBM Maximo, Excel, Power BI & SQL
Understanding of technical equipment (engines, pumps, cranes)
A detail-oriented, proactive, and team-oriented mindset
