Design Engineer

Description:

One of our reputed clients in Qatar is looking for a Design Engineer with the following responsibilities and qualifications:

Responsibilities:

Design and engineering of equipment, tanks, pressure vessels, heat exchangers, piping, and structural steel Preparation of GA drawings, fabrication drawings, Bill of Material (BOM), welding maps, and procedures Preparation of material cutting plans, material requests, and material data sheets Generate 3D assemblies, BOMs, and 2D/3D drawings using CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Tekla)
Support in research, development, and design of new products (NPD)
Execute reverse engineering tasks

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering or relevant technical field
Proven CAD experience
Proficiency in SolidWorks, AutoCAD, and Tekla
Strong organizational and communication skills
