Digital Transformation Manager

Description:

This is a Manager level role and is open to both Arabic and non-Arabic speakers. The role is based in Doha but there is an expectation for travel across the GCC. A consulting background is essential for this position.

The candidate must have experience in leading government-wide digital transformation programs and implementing digital strategies.

Expectations include:

• Work with government clients to understand their digital transformation needs and goals
• Conduct research and analysis to identify digital solutions that can improve government operations and services
• Develop and implement digital strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of government processes
• Drive and lead design thinking and ideation workshops with executive-level clients
• Ability to re-imagine government service delivery using the art of the possible and innovation (both from the perspectives of internal government operations and services delivered to beneficiaries)
• Strong knowledge of digital technologies and their applications in government operations
