• Perform routine maintenance and servicing of elevators and escalators
• Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical faults
• Attend breakdown calls and carry out timely repairs
• Conduct periodic inspections to ensure safety and compliance
• Test systems after maintenance and repair work
• Maintain accurate service reports and documentation
• Ensure adherence to safety standards and company procedures
• Communicate with clients regarding service updates and issues
• Support modernization and upgrade activities when required
𝗥𝗘𝗤𝗨𝗜𝗥𝗘𝗠𝗘𝗡𝗧𝗦:
• Experience with brands such as KONE, OTIS, Schindler, Mitsubishi, Hitachi, or ThyssenKrupp preferred
• Strong knowledge of elevator servicing, maintenance, and troubleshooting
• Ability to handle breakdowns and emergency repairs efficiently
• Good communication and customer-handling skills
