Requirements:
✔️ Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering discipline
✔️ 8–10 years of experience in HVAC engineering and project execution, including at least 5 years in a leadership role in Qatar
✔️ Proven experience managing multidisciplinary engineering teams for industrial, commercial, or infrastructure projects
✔️ Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, engineering coordination, project management, and construction practices
✔️ Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office; experience with Revit/BIM and project management software is an advantage
✔️ Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
