Description:

Diploma in relevant field.
Minimum of 3-5 years' experience working with Customer enrolment & operations software.
Accurately input and update customer enrollment data into the company’s database or CRM system.
Resolve basic issues related to enrollment status, missing information or technical errors]
Follow data protection and confidentiality guidelines while handling customer information.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
Bilingual candidates are preferred.
