Erp Solutions Specialist

Description:

We are looking for an ERP Specialist to join our growing IT Team on a permanent contract. The ERP Specialist will be an important member of the IT Team, delivering M3 business analysis & systems administration. Responsible for ensuring the M3 ERP platform is well controlled, operating effectively, and fully aligned with business needs.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a rapidly expanding Irish Company, based in the West of Ireland.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Research and implement solutions related to M3 system configuration
• Conduct process analysis and impact of system changes on behalf of internal operations
• Works with the M3 Users to help educate them on M3 functionality and process flow within the M3 system
• Test all technical solutions related to M3 and M3 integrated programs before solutions are released to the production environment
• Create/Modify MOM output documents to meet business needs
• Escalate issues as needed to Infor Support and manage support tickets

REQUIREMENTS

• Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role
• Excellent Communication skills both verbal & written
• Broad understanding of Infor M3 applications
• Strong Process analysis, design and documentation skill
• Strong business process understanding
