Estimation Engineer

Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare detailed cost estimates, BOQs, and quantity take-offs for joinery, interior fit-out, and civil works.
• Review drawings, specifications, and tender documents to identify project requirements.
• Prepare accurate material, labour, and subcontractor cost estimates.
• Coordinate with design, procurement, production, and project teams.
• Prepare tender submissions and commercial proposals.
• Identify scope gaps, exclusions, and potential cost risks.
• Conduct rate analysis and maintain updated cost databases.
• Support the commercial team during tender negotiations and project execution.
• Ensure estimates are accurate, competitive, and aligned with project specifications.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
• 3–4 years of relevant experience in estimation.
• Experience in joinery & interior fit-out projects is mandatory.
• GCC experience is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of BOQ preparation, quantity surveying, and rate analysis.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Excel.
• Knowledge of estimation/tendering software is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, numerical, and negotiation skills.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
