Estimation & Tendering Engineer

Description:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Estimation & Tendering Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate must have extensive experience in Wet Utilities and a proven track record within the Qatari market.

Key Responsibilities :-

Prepare detailed cost estimates for large-scale infrastructure projects (Water, Surface Water, Sewerage, Drainage and TSE).

Review tender documents, scope of work, and technical specifications.

Liaise with sub-contractors and suppliers to obtain competitive quotations.

Conduct site visits and attend pre-tender meetings.

Ensure full compliance with Ashghal and Kahramaa standards and regulations.

Develop technical and commercial proposals for competitive bidding.

Requirements & Qualifications :-

- Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience in estimation and tendering within a Construction/Contracting company.

- Local Expertise: Mandatory experience dealing with Ashghal and Kahramaa projects and their specific tendering procedures.

- Specialization: Deep technical knowledge of Wet Utilities infrastructure works.

- Location: Candidates currently based in Qatar with a transferable visa
