We are hiring for Ethical AI & Bias Mitigation Expert
Location: Qatar
Education: MS/PhD in Computer Science, Data Science, Ethics, Social Sciences, or Law with a deep focus on fairness in ML (or equivalent experience).
Experience: 3+ years of hands-on experience in bias detection, fairness metrics (e.g., disparate impact, equal opportunity), and ML interpretability techniques
Salary: Based on Merit
• Familiarity with Python and relevant ML libraries (scikit-learn, PyTorch, TensorFlow). Understanding of LLMs/GNNs is a strong plus.
• Comfort with data privacy and anti-discrimination laws, plus experience in bridging policy requirements with technical implementations.
• Ability to articulate ethical challenges and solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
