We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Event Operations Manager (entertainment manager) to join a landmark 5-star beachfront resort in Doha. This is a unique opportunity to lead the flawless execution of high-profile events — from corporate gatherings to glamorous weddings — all within an environment defined by sophistication and service excellence.

• Supervise the full setup of event venues, ensuring alignment with brand standards and guest expectations
• Lead, train, and inspire a team to deliver impeccable service
• Act as a key liaison between operational teams, planners, and guests
• Maintain and manage inventory, equipment, and event assets
• Ensure readiness, cleanliness, and safety of all event spaces
• Be present on the floor to resolve issues, exceed expectations, and elevate the guest journey

🎯 What You Bring
✔ Minimum 3 years of experience in event operations, banquets, or F&B service within a luxury setting
✔ Proven leadership and hands-on operational experience
✔ Strong organizational and communication skills
