Description:

We are building a living culinary ecosystem rooted in slow cooking, organic agriculture, and regenerative food philosophy. We need a visionary Executive Chef to lead it.

Responsibilities
·       Full kitchen operations – breakfast to private dining & chef’s tables
·       Artisan products preserves, ferments, breads, dairy
·       Farm-to-table dining & seasonal events
·       Culinary education & apprenticeships
·       Guest chef collaborations & community food events
·       Culinary publications & food storytelling
·       Advocacy for slow food & ethical sourcing

Requirements:
·       8–15 years culinary experience, 3–5 years senior leadership
·       Deep knowledge of slow cooking, fermentation & traditional methods
·       Farm-to-table, agro-tourism, or regenerative food systems experience
·       Passion for craftsmanship, education & human-centred hospitality
·       Emotional intelligence to lead diverse, multicultural teams
