Facilities Engineer

Description:

We’re looking for an experienced Facilities Engineer to lead the site maintenance and ensure seamless facility performance.

Key Responsibilities:
· Manage and monitor timely completion of all work orders
· Lead preventive & corrective maintenance activities (PPM & CM)
· Diagnose system faults and implement corrective actions
· Supervise the Electrical team (Supervisor, Foreman & Technicians)
· Coordinate with Procurement for materials & tools
· Prepare incident, weekly & monthly reports
· Manage subcontractors & ensure service quality
· Utilize testing & reliability strategies to improve operational performance
· Enhance customer experience & support emergency/continuity planning

Requirements-
• 7–8 years of experience in Electrical Engineering (maintenance & ops)
• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering
• Strong interpersonal skills; ability to work in a multinational environment
• Familiar with CAFM & ERP systems
•  Available in Doha with transferable visa & NOC
