+ Minimum 15 years of experience in Facilities Management
+ Healthcare experience preferred
+ Maximum age: 47
+ Arabic speaking/writing/reading is a must (client requirement)

+ Proven experience in managing MEP systems and service providers
+ Strong leadership and organizational skills
