Factory Manager

Qualifications

- Minimum 8 years of experience in a factory or production management role

- Bachelor's degree/ Diploma in relevant field will be an advantage

- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Experience managing budgets and costs

- Knowledge of production and manufacturing processes

- Strong organizational and time-management skills

- Experience in a regulated environment such as Aluminium, Carpentry etc.
